• For Club Expenses: For club expense reimbursement requests, please email the following to the Club Treasurer: (1) a copy of the receipt, (2) a description of what the expense was for, and (3) the name and address of where your would like your reimbursement check to be mailed. The Treasurer will review all reimbursement requests and let you know if additional information is needed.
