greta and jacob The Athlete Development Committee of US Figure Skating invited Greta Reibe and Jacob Jaffe to      participate in the Developmental International program for 2010 – 2011. This was based on their top 5 finish at the 2010 US Junior Nationals. The purpose of this event is to provide skaters who have demonstrated success at a developmental level with a simulated “Team USA” experience. Athletes will arrive at the event as a team and will remain a part of the team throughout the event. Participating athletes will be required to stay at the official hotel, room with another team athlete and participate in team activities and sessions. U.S. Figure Skating and the Athlete Development Committee will provide Team Leaders who will be responsible for the athletes during the competition – just as is expected at an international competition. They will be competing at Skate San Francisco at the Yerba Buena Ice Skating Center, in San Francisco, Calif., August 26-29, 2010.
